Well established Travel company is seeking a cheerful Travel Consultant who is looking to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have workring or living experience in Japan.

Pay: $49K - $53K
Status: Full Remote, Full time + Excellent benefits (M/D/V); Non-Exempt
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
● Consult with clients by phone, e-mail and video call and in-person to sep up travel arrangements; hotels, transportation and group tours.
●Create tailor-made itineraries for direct and trade clients based on their requirements.
● Sales promotional activities: Work as a team to achieve a goal.
● Maintain and develop vendor and client relationships.
Qualifications
● Previous related customer service or sales experience.
● Working or Living experience in Japan is required. Japanese language skill and cultural knowledge is a big plus.
● Problem solving skill. Must be interested in interacting and helping people.
