As our Remote Operations Manager , you'll oversee the critical functions of our vacation rental business, from ensuring our cabins are pristine for every guest check-in to closing out maintenance work orders efficiently. 

We’re looking for someone with natural problem-solving talent and organizational skills to manage our housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure the customer service department understands and conveys accurate information while maintaining a professional demeanor and all forms of communication are responded to by customer service on a timely basis.
  • Ensure reservation transactions are captured accurately. 
  • Ensure maintenance issues are captured in writing and completed on time.
  • Ensure cabins are cleaned according to company standards and guest needs.
  • Effectively oversee inventory of essential supplies and facilitate seamless communication and coordination with quality assurance personnel.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of issues/resolutions to relevant persons. 
  • Assist with more complex guest matters, as necessary. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of management experience in the short-term rental space is required, 2+ years is preferred. 
  • Proficient with PMS software, such as Streamline, Track, Hostfully, or similar.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks during the day with impeccable follow-through. 
  • Strong self-starter with high responsibility and the ability to proactively communicate with team members. 
  • Clear and effective communicator with the ability to enforce the company's policies. 
  • Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to de-escalate situations. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $50,000 with OTE $65,000

Bonus: Based on company performance, employee performance metrics, and overall assessment of downstream partners.
