*PMHNP Requirements*
* Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health
* Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting
* Strong clinical skills in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Commitment to promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
*PMHNP Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for clients within 48 hours of admission
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Provide follow-up care and medication management
* Lead twice-monthly therapy groups
* Participate in quarterly leadership meetings and weekly triage meetings
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in psychiatric and substance abuse care
*Pay: Up to $130,000*
*Schedule: Full time*
