Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

  • Start Date: ASAP; we have a new employee orientation starting soon
  • Salary: based on SNF experience & credentials 

Southview Manor (formerly Southview Care) is an inner-city skilled nursing facility (SNF) with 5 floors and an average census of 160+. We have and multiple levels of care, including long term care and a large behavioral health (formerly indigent) population.

  • The average age of our patients is 35-55 and the most common behavioral health diagnoses are schizophrenia, dependency, bi-polar and major depressive disorders.
  • Many are able to age in place, and about 25% return to the community.

Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Qualifications



Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): in other centers it may be called a Managing Director of Executive Director.

What we need from you:

  • IL LNHA license 
  • 3-5+ years of experience as an LNHA in a large skilled nursing facility (experience  behavioral health is a plus )
  • Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations, including independently writing POCs and overcoming prior survey infractions
  • You understand ROI and know your buildings metrics inside and out
  • In your last position you demonstrated the ability to work with minimal supervision & handle multiple priorities at once
