HVAC Service Technician and/or Installer
Sheet Metal
Dynamic, rapidly growing, and reputable HVAC Installation and Service Company is looking for self-motivated, experienced HVAC Installers and Service Technicians. If you have Three-Five (3-5) years of experience in servicing and/or installing residential, commercial HVAC systems and sheet metal/fabricating experience along with a great attitude, you may qualify for one of our positions.
If you have HVAC experience and/or trade school qualifications, we have a position to match your skill level and the work to keep you busy .

Essential Responsibilities:
· Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential and commercial customers
· Able to cut in collars into ductwork or install sheet metal plenums
· Runs flexible ductwork in timely manner & connects registers
· Effectively able to measure and cut ductwork & piping.
· Install ductwork hangers’ level, cut hangers and level appropriately
· Install rooftop units and split systems.
· Able to read basic blueprints and follow installations
· Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of those heating, air conditioning and ventilation units
· Maintain proper inventory, parts, tools, and safety equipment
· Diagnose service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturer’s recommendations
· Excellent customer service abilities in dealing with customers to resolve technical, logistical, and scheduling issues
· Maintain good working order of company vehicle
· Perform quality work with honesty and diligence and follow company procedures and values
Essential Qualifications:
· Three -Five (3-5) years of experience in service, maintenance and troubleshooting and correcting HVAC and Boiler service issues
· Verifiable experience to develop quotations for repairs and installations of replacement equipment
· Construction skills and experience a plus
· Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals
· Good communication skills to interact with customers and explain service issues in a polite and affable manner
· Capable of working with fellow technicians and office team members
· Willingness to work on call schedule or extended shifts
· Ability to lift 100Lbs
· EPA Certification Required
· Bilingual Spanish a plus
· No more than Two (2) moving violations in the past Three (3) years
