Head of Resource Sharing -- Colorado State University Libraries Post date: January 21, 2025 The CSU Libraries is hiring for the position of Head of Resource Sharing. This position provides strategic, flexible, and creative leadership for a user-oriented team extending resource sharing to the CSU community and beyond through interlibrary loans, course reserves, and document delivery services. The Head of Resource Sharing is responsible for defining department goals and adapting staffing plans and workflows in response to changing patron needs, technologies, and trends in the field. This position collaborates across the library and will need to build and maintain strong working relationships with Collection Strategies, Library Technology Services, and our resource sharing partners around the world.
