Qualifications
- Must have 2-3 years of luxury retail experience
- Natural flair for interacting and communicating with people
- Highly organized and structured
- A consistently positive and open-minded attitude towards life and the people in it
- A Che ambassador someone who represents are brand in a genuine manner, we love energy so someone whose about all the positive ju-ju.
- Solid and proven background in clientele
- Someone who is excels in hitting our monthly revenue goals while multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
- Bilingual*
The Job
- You have a result-oriented mindset and you will drive footfall through a digital client outreach program as an integral part of daily business
- You will be managing, motivating and leading your store team to achieve revenue targets and to maintain a culture within your team that is authentic, optimistic and driven by results and the opportunity to learn
- Give amazing customer service and styling sessions
- Establish loyalty within the community
- Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store
- Help w the ecommerce sales
- Stock management in all aspects
- Maintain a professional optimistic attitude
- Support your team in daily operations in the store
- Strive to achieve a healthy client loyalty base with in-store activities to foster client relationships
- Strive to achieve personal and store targets
- Help w product returns and receiving of merchandise
- Responsible for keeping the team environment open, friendly and transparent
- Support the development of clear, consistent and organized lines of communication
Salary
- Hourly pay is derived on work experience in retail
- Starting $23 an hour and up
- Bonus/monthly commission
