We are is looking for a highly motivated and creative Entry Level Social Media Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, eager to learn, and excited about contributing to dynamic and engaging content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media channels for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Support the development of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Help in tracking and analyzing social media metrics and preparing performance reports.
• Conduct market research to identify social media trends and content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
