We are is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, ensuring each event runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in event planning and coordination.

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to execution.
• Support event logistics, including venue setup, scheduling, and vendor communication.
• Help manage event registration and guest list management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure event requirements are met.
• Prepare event materials such as programs, schedules, and promotional content.
• Provide on-site support during events, including welcoming attendees and troubleshooting issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
