We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Lab Fabrication Manager to lead our technical team and drive the growth of our laboratory, particularly within our implant department.

Job Summary:

The Dental Lab Fabrication Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fabrication within the dental laboratory, with a strong emphasis on implant-related procedures. This role requires a deep understanding of various fabrication techniques, implant systems, and digital technologies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, an effective communicator, and a passionate leader who can guide the technical direction of the lab and foster its growth.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor the technical team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in all fabrication processes.
• Implant Expertise: Possess comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in fabricating various implant restorations, including single-unit, bridge, All-on-X, and hybrid denture/bar cases.
• Case Management & Troubleshooting: Effectively manage complex cases, troubleshoot technical challenges, and collaborate with doctors to determine optimal treatment plans and fabrication techniques.
• Doctor Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with doctors, providing technical expertise and guidance on case management and procedures.
• Technology Integration: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dental technology, including 3D printing, digital workflows, and digital dentures, and implement them effectively within the lab.
• Equipment Troubleshooting: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Quality Control: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure consistent and accurate fabrication outcomes.
• Lab Growth: Contribute to the strategic growth of the lab by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
