THE OPPORTUNITY

The Brand Activation Manager is a regional marketing leader with a focus on key markets which make up a significant percentage of current revenue and future growth. You will develop annual marketing plans for key markets to grow sales and increase consumer perceptions, builds national community initiatives, locally activates national campaigns, and support regional vice president and local ops.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Leads local marketing for region with focus on key markets, which make up a significant percentage of Chipotle's current revenue and future growth, to increase sales and consumer perceptions. Creates and executes annual local marketing plan for key markets. Market plans include objectives, strategies, and activations by leveraging local insights, sponsorships and partnerships across media, sports, influencers, etc.
• Develops national community initiatives which increase consumer awareness that Chipotle Cultivates a Better World. Executes each community initiative with organizational cross-functional partners for national launch.
• Locally activates national campaigns by creating and developing local marketing in key markets which drives campaign awareness. Campaigns include new products, national sports and partnerships, brand campaigns, farming, and foodprint.
• Supports regional vice president and local ops teams. Attends and participates in weekly ops calls and quarterly meetings and communicates market performance trends.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or another related field
• 5-8 years of experience
• Some supervisory experience preferred
• Cultivates Creativity, Strategic Mindset, Collaborates, Communicates Effectively, Manages Complexity, Action Oriented
• Travel as needed to Newport Beach, CA and regional locations. Must be able to drive and have a valid driver's license to different regional areas

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $90,000.00–$123,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
