This Automotive Outside Sales Manager Position Features:
ALLSTEM Connections is Looking for an Outside Sales Representative to work in Tulsa OK
The ideal candidate will excel at prospecting and generating new commercial business, including performing field cold calls to secure permanent sales. They should leverage their B2B sales experience to devise strategies for expanding sales and customer base, while demonstrating exceptional customer service skills. This individual must have the capability to support existing clients, acquire new accounts, drive sales growth, and meet individual sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
• Service existing clients.
• Implement and support Company sales promotions.
• Effectively demonstrate product line
• Work cooperatively with store / operations personnel to improve customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
• Fully document all sales calls via iPad immediately after each visit
• Requires Travel up to 90%.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• 2+ years' experience in outside sales with strong track record of success
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
