Architectural Metal and Siding Lead Installer/Foreman - Position Description: This position performs site management and install activities for the Commercial Siding division in the Minneapolis/St. Paul and greater MN areas.

Responsibilities:

• Leads Install team through high level communication and expert installation.
• Clean and prepare work areas or job sites as needed or instructed
• Load, offload, and deliver materials to work sites
• Follow instructions from the PM and Coordinator.
• Lead new Installers as needed
• Identify and report issues with work material on site
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Communicate needs and issues to site supers/pm's/clients.
• Ensures installation of Architectural Panels and Siding products adhere to manufacturer and industry specifications and standards.
• Ensures daily field to office communication.
• Identifies and resolves any project issues or conflicts that arise.
• Attends onsite and offsite foreman meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Commercial Architectural Panels and Siding systems and installation practices. Nichiha, Hardie, Mapes, etc.
• Ability to read, understand, and markup prints on paper, computer, or tablet.
• Ability to measure and layout installation materials per plan and specifications.
• Knowledge of tools and machinery used in the trade. (lifts, etc.)
• Previous Siding experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and prioritize time in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior Organizational Skills required
• Professional communication and leaderships skills required for communicating effectively to team, clients, and other trade partners.
• Must be a servant leader with the ability to train and guide those on your team.
• Willingness to continually learn by adapting to company culture and industry practices.
