Advanced Electrician

Principle Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair complex electronic equipment and components, including circuit boards, networks, and safety systems.
  • Plan, install, and repair wiring, fixtures, and control equipment, following strict safety procedures and electrical codes.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools.
  • Lead or participate in performance reviews and Lean events to identify maintenance improvements.
  • Provide production, process, and plant engineering advanced systems expertise.
Basic Skill Requirements
  • High School or Trade School Diploma.
  • 3 8 years of experience working in an electrical/electronics capacity.
  • Current status of Connecticut electrician's license.
Preferred Skill Requirements
  • Professional certifications, military background, and an AS degree in the electrical or electronic field.
  • Experience of 5 to 10 years in an electrical/electronics position.
  • Experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
  • E1/E2 CT electrical license and five years of experience in PLC programming.

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $31.73$47.60. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
